1. Do you mind your parents and other adults?
Yes, I love my parents and respect my elders.
Most of the time, sometimes I really want my own way.
Sometimes, unless itís my big sister or brother.
I talk back to my big sister and brother because they are not the boss of me.
2. Do you share your toys and play nice with other children?
Yes, when we all share we have more fun.
Most of the time but not my favorite ones.
Sometimes, if they have a toy I want.
Only when my parents make me.
3. How do you act when you are out with your parents?
I am quiet and speak when I am spoken to. I am respectful to everyone.
Most of the time I sit quietly.
Sometimes I am bored and canít sit still.
I run around and try to be the center of attention.
4. Do you go to bed when your parents or baby sitter say it is time?
Yes, I never argue.
Most of the time except when I want to finish what I am doing.
A lot of the time Iím not tired and donít think it is fair I have to go to bed.
Sometimes I talk back and wait till they have to shout at me for me to respond.
5. Do you eat all the food your parent puts on your plate?
Yes, I know all the food is good for me especially the vegetables.
Most of the times except when it is vegetables like cauliflower.
Sometimes I just donít like trying new things and put up a fuss without even trying it.
I donít like vegetables, except French fries.
6. Do you take your bath when your parents tell you?
Yes, I love taking a bath, its fun to play in the tub and get really clean.
Most of the time except when I am playing with my friends.
Sometimes I just donít want to take a bath and make my parents angry before giving in.
I put up quite a fuss because I donít like soap and shampoo.
7. Do you say your prayers before bed each night?
Yes, I pray for my family, my grandparents, teachers and all my friends.
Most of the time unless I fall asleep and my parents tuck me into bed.
Sometimes, I forget because I am so tired from playing.
I donít like to say my prayers; I am tired and cranky by the end of the day.
